Increasing the legal literacy of employees
On April 12th, there were held meetings with the participation of representatives of the Compliance Service of JSC NMMC and employees in the units of Northern Mining Administration.
At the meetings, the essence and significance of the adopted normative and legal documents on combating corruption, including the Code of Ethics for employees of JSC NMMC, were explained to the employees of the company. In particular, it was said about the changes made in the field of combating corruption, about combating offenses, changes in legislation, the basic principles and rules of the Code of Ethics, tasks for young people and employees.
The main goal of such a meetings is to increase the legal literacy and knowledge of the company’s employees in the field of anti-corruption.
